1 Who we are
AdPatternScore is provided by Ad Pattern Score LLC. “We” and “us” mean that company. “The service” means the AdPatternScore website and product.
Company: Ad Pattern Score LLC
Business address: 30 N Gould St #61245, Sheridan, WY 82801, United States

2 What AdPatternScore does
AdPatternScore reads and explains information from the Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns you choose. A campaign is a group of ads you run together.
The service includes:
- Daily emails about the day before.
- Weekly emails bringing seven days together.
- Campaign analyses you can run anytime. Each analysis compares the last 30 full days with the 30 days before that, using the information available.
Reports may show what you spent, the results Google or Meta counted, a campaign score, the activity calendar, and changes to your ads. They may point out numbers that need checking, suggest questions, or suggest actions for you to consider. What we can show depends on your plan, the kind of campaign, and the information Google or Meta provides.
The calendar does not show all the work your manager does. A better result after an ad change does not prove that the change caused it. Reports explain when information is missing or an answer is uncertain.
You and your manager decide what to do. Any changes are made by you or your manager in Google Ads or Meta Ads. AdPatternScore never makes changes or sets them up to happen later. This includes changes to ads, spending limits, bids, search words, who ads are shown to, or settings. A bid is the amount you offer to pay for an ad result, such as a click.
We do not promise better advertising results. AdPatternScore does not replace advice from an advertising or marketing professional.
3 Your account
To use AdPatternScore, you must create an account with a valid email address and give accurate information. You must be at least 18, or the age of legal adulthood where you live.
Keep your sign-in details safe. Tell us immediately if you think someone has used your account without permission. You are responsible for activity in your account. We may pause or close accounts that break these rules.
4 Your trial and monthly plan
The trial
Your standard trial costs $1 in US dollars and lasts 15 days. Checkout and your account show the actual trial end and next payment date. If report delivery protection extends your trial, the date shown in your account is updated. It includes 4 campaign slots, daily emails, weekly emails, and campaign analyses you can run anytime. You can use Google Ads, Meta Ads, or both.
Report emails are turned on when you start. You can change this in your email settings. Your first weekly email needs seven complete days of monitoring data. Missing or delayed information can postpone it. Your first analysis can use information from before you joined.
Before payment and in your account, you can see when the trial starts and ends and when the next payment is due. Unless you cancel before the trial ends, you pay $99 in US dollars each month afterward.
The monthly plan
The monthly plan costs $99 in US dollars each month. It includes 4 campaign slots and all three parts of AdPatternScore. The Pricing page and the details shown before payment explain any extra features or limits. Changes to prices or features follow the notice rules below.
5 Payments cancellation and refunds
Monthly payments
We charge $99/month, or the current price after a price change, using your saved payment method. Payments continue each month unless you cancel. By subscribing, you give us permission to collect these monthly payments.
Canceling
You can cancel anytime. Cancel before your trial ends to avoid the first $99 monthly payment. If you cancel during a paid month, you can keep using the paid features until that month ends. You will not be charged for another month.
Disconnecting your ads or turning off emails does not cancel your subscription. Cancel in the billing section of your account, or email [email protected] for help.
Refunds
We generally do not refund subscription payments. If you think you were charged incorrectly or had a problem with the service, email [email protected]. We will review your request.
6 Campaign slots and limits
One slot lets AdPatternScore watch one Google Ads or Meta Ads campaign at a time. The trial and monthly plan each include 4 slots in total. One slot does not include every campaign in an ad account. Extra slots cost $39 in US dollars per month each.
You can request an analysis without waiting for an email. The standard trial and monthly plan do not have a monthly analysis quota. To avoid repeating the same full analysis unnecessarily, a request for the same campaign and dates within three hours returns the latest completed report when one is ready. Automatic updates keep recent changes current. Any additional usage restrictions are shown before payment and in your account.
We need permission to read your ads and enough information from Google or Meta. Missing information, late updates, disconnections, or service problems can affect what we can report and when reports arrive.
We may change limits after giving reasonable notice. Excessive use or misuse may lead to temporary limits or a paused account.
7 Your information and privacy
Our Privacy Policy also applies when you use AdPatternScore. It explains what we collect, how we use it, and how we protect it.
Connecting Google Ads or Meta Ads gives us permission to read information for reports. We never make changes to your ads or set up changes for later, even when you read or save a suggestion.
8 What we cannot promise
We explain your ads, but we cannot promise:
- A particular result or an improvement in your ads.
- That every suggestion will fit your situation.
- That we will find every problem or chance to improve.
- That the service will always work without interruptions or mistakes.
You are responsible for decisions you make using information from AdPatternScore.
9 Ownership
What we own
Ad Pattern Score LLC owns the service, its design, features, content, and technology. These are protected by ownership laws. You may not copy, change, distribute, or take apart the service to work out how it was built.
What you own
You keep ownership of information you provide or create through the service. You give us limited permission to use it only to provide and improve AdPatternScore.
Your feedback
If you give us feedback, ideas, or suggestions, we may use them without restrictions or payment to you.
10 Services run by other companies
AdPatternScore connects to services run by other companies, including Google Ads, Meta Ads, and Google's and Meta's tools for connected apps. Their own rules and policies apply to your use of those connections. We are not responsible for those services, whether they are available, or how they handle your information.
11 Promises about the service
The service is provided “as is” and “as available.” This means we do not make promises about it beyond what these terms say. This includes promises that might otherwise be assumed under law: that it meets an expected standard for sale, suits a particular purpose, or does not affect someone else's ownership rights.
We do not promise that it will always be available, free of mistakes, or secure.
12 Limits on what we must pay if something goes wrong
These limits apply as far as the law allows:
- We are not responsible for indirect losses, extra losses that follow from an event, unusual losses, or amounts awarded to punish wrongdoing. These include the legal categories called indirect, incidental, special, consequential, and punitive damages.
- The most we must pay for claims arising from your use of AdPatternScore is the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
- We are not responsible for losses caused by relying on information from AdPatternScore.
13 Claims and costs you agree to cover
You agree to protect Ad Pattern Score LLC, its officers, directors, employees, and people acting for it from claims and cover related losses, damages, and costs, including reasonable lawyer fees, arising from:
- Your use of the service.
- Your breaking these terms.
- Your breaking someone else's rights.
- Information or content you provide through the service.
14 Ending access
We may pause or end your access if you break these terms, the law requires it, or we stop offering the service. We will give reasonable notice if we stop offering it. We may also end access for other reasons, with or without notice.
When access ends, your right to use the service ends immediately. Rules that need to continue afterward still apply. These include limits on what we must pay and your duty to cover certain claims and costs.
15 Changes to the service or these terms
We may change the service or these terms at any time. We will tell you about important changes to the terms by email or within AdPatternScore. If you keep using it after changes take effect, you agree to the updated terms.
16 Which law and courts apply
Wyoming law applies to these terms. Rules about choosing between different places' laws do not change that choice. Any court case arising from these terms must be brought in a state or federal court in Wyoming, United States. You agree those courts may hear it. The dispute process and exceptions below also apply.
17 How disputes are handled
Please read this carefully. It affects your right to take a dispute to court.
Try to resolve it with us first
Before starting a formal dispute, email [email protected] and try to resolve it with us for at least 30 days.
A private decision process
If that does not work, disputes about these terms or the service must be decided through binding arbitration, except as explained below. Arbitration means an independent person decides the dispute instead of a court. “Binding” means both sides must follow that decision.
The American Arbitration Association runs this process under its Consumer Arbitration Rules.
Place and language
The process takes place in Sheridan, Wyoming, unless both sides agree to another place. It uses English and Wyoming law.
Small claims cases
Either side may bring an individual case in small claims court if that court is allowed to hear it.
Individual claims only
You and Ad Pattern Score LLC may bring claims against each other only for yourselves. Neither side may bring or join a group case or a case on behalf of others. The person deciding the dispute may not combine different people's claims or hear a group case.
Protecting our ownership rights
Ad Pattern Score LLC may ask any court with the power to hear the case for an order to stop misuse of its ownership rights or for another court remedy that protects those rights.
