2 Information we collect
Information you give us
When you create an account, we may collect your email address and password. We store your password as a protected, scrambled value rather than readable text. We may also keep information you send in support messages or feedback.
When you use reports or suggested next steps, we may keep which suggestions you looked at, the campaign information needed to prepare them, and the answers or suggested actions we gave you.
Information from Google Ads
When you connect Google Ads, you give us permission to read information through Google's tools for connected apps. We use this to prepare reports and explain your ads. We never change your ad account or campaigns.
The information may include:
- Numbers that identify your Google Ads account.
- Your campaigns, the groups of ads inside them, the ads themselves, and their results.
- How calls, messages, sales, or other results are counted.
- Available records of changes, their dates, settings, and other details needed for your reports.
We never create, change, stop, or delete campaigns. We never change ads, spending limits, bids, search words, who ads are shown to, or settings. A bid is the amount you offer to pay for an ad result, such as a click.
Information from Meta Ads
When you connect Meta Ads or use a supported Facebook sign-in option, you give us permission to read certain information through Meta's tools for connected apps. We use it to provide AdPatternScore. We never change your ad account or campaigns.
The information may include:
- Numbers Meta uses to identify you and your ad accounts.
- Campaigns, groups of ads, individual ads, their pictures and text, where they appear, who they are aimed at, and their results.
- Dates, settings, records of changes, and other details needed for a analysis you request.
If you remove our app through Facebook and ask for your information to be deleted, our request system gives you a confirmation code and a link to check progress.
Information collected when you use the website
We may collect information about your device, browser, and what you do on the website. This can include your IP address, which is the internet address your device uses, and a rough location based on it.
We may use cookies and similar tools for signing in and making the website work. Cookies are small pieces of information saved by your browser.
3 How we use information
We use information to:
- Prepare daily emails, weekly emails, and campaign analyses of your ads.

4 When we share information
We share information only when needed to run AdPatternScore or for the legal and safety reasons below.
Companies that help us run the service
We may use other companies to run our servers, store information, understand website use, find errors, answer support requests, process payments, or use artificial intelligence to help write the explanations in your reports. They handle information for us and must follow duties to protect it and keep it private.
Google and Meta connections
We read Google and Meta information through their tools for connected apps. We use Google information only as described here and as needed to provide AdPatternScore. We use Meta information to provide AdPatternScore and handle deletion requests made through Meta.
Legal and safety reasons

We do not sell personal information
We do not sell your personal information or share it so other companies can market to you.
5 How long we keep information
We keep information only as long as needed to run the service and meet legal, security, and business needs.
For example, we keep account information while your account is active. We keep Google Ads and Meta Ads connection information while those accounts stay connected.
If you ask us to delete information, we delete it or remove the details that link it to you within a reasonable time. We may need to keep some information if the law requires it.
6 How we protect information
We use reasonable steps in our systems and working practices to protect information from people who should not have access to it, and from loss, misuse, or unwanted changes.
No online service is completely secure. We limit the information we collect and who can access it wherever possible.
7 Your choices
You can disconnect your ads through AdPatternScore where that option is available. You can also remove our access in your Google, Facebook, or ad account settings.
You can ask to see, correct, or delete your information by emailing [email protected]. The data deletion page explains how to ask for deletion and check a request made through Meta.
