You can ask us to delete your AdPatternScore account or the information we have from your ads. Tell us what you want deleted.
Email us with your request.
- Email [email protected]. Use the email address you signed up with, or give us enough information to find your account.
- Tell us what you want deleted: your account, your Google Ads information, your Meta Ads information, or all of it.
- We may ask you to confirm that the account is yours. Do not send passwords or sign-in codes.
Requests made through Meta.
If you ask for your information to be deleted through Facebook or Meta, you get a confirmation code and a link. Open the link to see how your request is going.
What happens next.
We delete the information or remove the details that link it to you, as explained in our Privacy Policy. We may need to keep some information if the law requires it. If you have questions, email [email protected].
Want to stop monthly payments too?
Cancel your subscription in the billing section of your account, or ask support for help. Disconnecting your ads or turning off emails does not stop monthly payments.
